Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating the wines, flavors, and traditions of Argentina as D.C. Cobb’s proudly partners with Tilia Winery of Argentina for a guided five-pour wine pairing experience.
Named after the linden tree (“Tilia”), a gathering place where communities come together, Tilia Wines embodies the spirit of connection, craftsmanship, and Argentine hospitality. Sourced from some of Argentina’s most celebrated wine-growing regions, Tilia showcases vibrant, expressive wines that reflect the country’s rich landscape and winemaking heritage, where people work alongside nature to create beautiful, easy drinking wine.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu featuring five exceptional tastings, each designed to highlight the unique characteristics of the wine while celebrating the bold flavors, spices, and culinary traditions of Argentina.

🍷 Tilia Torrontés
Argentina’s signature white varietal, known for its bright floral aromatics, citrus notes, and refreshing finish.

The Experience
Each wine will be paired with a chef-crafted course designed to complement and elevate the tasting experience. Expect authentic Argentine influences throughout the menu, featuring traditional ingredients, flavors, herbs and spices, all complimenting the signature varietals you will be tasting.
The evening will be hosted by Caitlyn Wiley of Winebow, who will guide guests through each wine, sharing the stories behind the winery, the regions, the winemaking process, and what makes each varietal uniquely Argentine.
