Join us for a Women's only self defense clinic. The classes will be every Saturday from 9-10AM with yoga following 10-11am. Alpha has showers with towels provided, as well as a sauna, cold plunge, full body infrared and leg compression boots. ALL available for you! Your instructor will be our highest ranking female instructor Kasia.

Kasia has been training martial arts for over 30 years. She is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and a black belt in Japanese jiu jitsu. She is a full time research nurse with a son and a daughter, living locally in Woodstock.

Kasia will teach you the basics of self defense. How to break grips, how to get away, as well as useful situational awareness straggles to use. Some of our other females will be assisting Kasia in instructing the class.

The self defense class is FEMALES ONLY. The yoga class is open to all.

Cost is $200 for the 10 Week program including: 10 Self Defense Classes, and 10 yoga classes, as well as use of the facility.
